1. Courses and workshops

We are online course creators. Once you purchase any of our courses or workshops and your fee is deposited, it is not refundable in any case. We do not make refunds on a successful course or workshop purchase.

2. Advance payments

If you deposit an advance for any workshop or course, we can hold your payment for up to 12 months at the same pricing for that course or workshop. After 12 months you can still avail the course or service, but you will need to pay according to the current pricing structure.

3. Webinars and live workshops

For live workshops or webinars where a small amount is charged to attend the front-end 1–5 day foundation or orientation program, no refunds are applicable.

4. Token amounts for advanced courses

Token amounts for advanced courses are non-refundable. If a client chooses not to pay the remaining amount of an advanced course after paying the token amount, we give them one of the courses from their selected bundle against the token amount.
